Your WHS Duties for UV Protection

Under the Work Health and Safety Act 2011 (NSW), ultraviolet (UV) radiation is recognised as a hazard that can cause serious injury and illness—including skin cancer, sunburn, dehydration and long-term eye damage.

As an employer, big or small, there are things you can and should do to protect your outdoor workers from the sun.
